1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PBA Bet platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services offered at pbabet.app ("the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the Platform, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms.
PBA Bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Kung hindi ka sang-ayon, you should stop using the Platform immediately.
2. Eligibility
To use the PBA Bet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. PBA Bet takes age verification seriously and will request government-issued identification if we have reason to suspect a player is underage.
- You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of placing bets or accessing real-money games.
- You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from participating in online gaming activities.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of PBA Bet.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
PBA Bet reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not met, without liability for any resulting losses.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold one account only on PBA Bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. PBA Bet uses advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts found to be in violation will be suspended immediately. Any bonus winnings or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. PBA Bet staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at support@pbabet.app. PBA Bet is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
We may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any time. This may include submitting a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card, as well as proof of address and payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
PBA Bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods approved for Philippine players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards.
All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected. Please check the Deposit and Withdrawal page for current limits and processing times. PBA Bet does not charge fees on standard transactions, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. PBA Bet reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method before releasing funds. Processing times for withdrawals are typically within a few business hours for e-wallets and one to three banking days for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements.
PBA Bet may delay or refuse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, we may request additional documentation before proceeding.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
PBA Bet offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry periods. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be staked thirty times before a withdrawal is eligible. PBA Bet reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements, and not all games may contribute equally.
Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Exploiting bonuses through systematic play, hedging, arbitrage, or coordinated group activity is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension. PBA Bet may withdraw any bonus or promotion offer at any time and without prior notice.
Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure.
6. Gameplay Rules
All games available on the PBA Bet platform are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained human dealers operating in real time. The results of all games are determined fairly and cannot be influenced by PBA Bet or by any player.
Sports betting on PBA Bet is governed by general betting rules that apply to all sports markets, as well as sport-specific rules for NBA betting, boxing betting, and other sports offered. Bets placed after an event has started, or after a market has been suspended, may be voided at PBA Bet's discretion. PBA Bet reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, corrupted odds, or a clear data error.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the records held by PBA Bet's systems shall be considered the definitive record. If you believe a game or bet has been settled incorrectly, you must contact customer support within 72 hours of the event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the PBA Bet platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to the relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other program to interact with the Platform in a way not permitted by PBA Bet.
- Colluding with other players, including sharing hands or betting strategies in live dealer games.
- Any attempt to defraud PBA Bet or other players through false information, payment fraud, or manipulation of game results.
- Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
- Allowing another person to use your account, or using another person's account.
- Any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the normal operation of the Platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such discoveries must be reported to support@pbabet.app immediately.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the PBA Bet platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of PBA Bet or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from PBA Bet.
The PBA Bet name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of any PBA Bet trademark is a violation of applicable intellectual property laws and these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
PBA Bet provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the Platform running smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues. PBA Bet shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBA Bet's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. PBA Bet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or gaming winnings, arising from your use of the Platform.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for any losses incurred through your use of the Platform. PBA Bet does not guarantee any winnings or outcomes.
10. Responsible Gaming
PBA Bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools that allow players to set deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion periods directly from their account dashboard. - You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closures will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
